  Dee and Griffin are currently acting as our purchasers solicitors. We agreed the sale 7 weeks ago and they still haven't sent enquiries to my solicitors, despite being sent the contract twice! There is no chain and no mortgage to be sorted out in this transaction so how they can act for anyone buying a new build property is beyond me. Avoid if you are looking for a solicitor who will act in normal time frames!
