  We recently engaged the services of Evans Preservations Specialists LTD to carry out a rising damp and salt contamination treatment of Oakwood Children's Centre, a major client of ours.
  
  As the required work was to take place in the main corridor and recption area it was necessary for it to be undertaken whilst the centre was closed, meaning that access was only availible during the evening or at weekends. Mr Evans and his team were accommodating, courteous and professional at all times.
  
  The treatment works were carried out on time, on budget and with the minimum impact upon the clients day to day running of the centre.
  
  Once work was completed all affected areas were left clean and tidy with no damages to carpets, doors or furniture.
  
  Mr Evans was happy to provide professional advice regarding further cosmetic works being carried out subsequently and has provided an insurance backed guarentee for added piece of mind.
  
  I am happy to recommend Evans Preservations Specialists LTD to anyone considering having remedial works carried out upon their property.
